Terms, conditions & cancellation policy

Booking Rules

• To ensure quality service and results, your hair must be free of any extensions, installations, or braid downs prior to your appointment. You can add a "Take Down" service to your appointment for an additional fee. If the service is not added prior to booking, we will not be able to complete your appointment and it will result in a cancellation. Braid take downs are not included.

• No service modifications or accommodations will be made once the appointment is booked.

• Please review and select the appropriate services to match your needs at the time of booking. The add-on services will list all of the additional services offered. Blow Dry ONLY is included in all services. Silk Press Styling is considered an add-on.

• Please arrive with a bare and fresh face as no makeup of any kind is permitted. .

• We kindly suggest not to book upon receiving a fresh lash set or eyebrow shading as the steam and jelly mask may cause shedding or removal.

Cancellation Notice:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future appointment if you reschedule within this timeframe. You are allowed ONE reschedule with your initial deposit. If you have to reschedule a second time, you will be required to book with a new deposit for your future appointment.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

• If you cancel 48 hours or less before your appointment, you will be charged 60% of the total treatment. If you do not show up without prior notice or cancel the same day, you will be charged 100% of the total treatment cost to the credit card on file and will forfeit the ability to book again in the future.

Late Arrivals:

• Please let us know if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time may be reduced and you will incur a $15 inconvenience fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged as a no-show and your appointment will be canceled.

Terms & Conditions

No Extra Guest Allowed:

• We kindly request that only individuals receiving services be present during each client's appointment. No children or other companions will be allowed.

Minor Children must be at least 12 years of age and be accompanied by an adult. Minors can only receive the massage portion to their scalp ONLY.
